Anatomy in Focus- Muscles and Ligaments of the Foot and Ankle
Whether you're a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, you want to be at the top of your game. Gain understanding of joint mechanics and increased body awareness by using the Anatomy in Clay® Learning System to build the muscles in clay, then activating the muscles through strengthening and stretching exercises.
This Anatomy in Clay® Learning System workshop focuses on the muscles and the most commonly injured ligaments of the ankle, and how they interact with each other. Learn why ankle sprains are so common in sports and dance, and how you can avoid these injuries.
The workshop includes exercises that engage the structures that you built, increasing your understanding of proper joint mechanics while reinforcing the workshop's anatomy focus.
