Lewis & Clarke with Robert Stillmans Horses & Glass Ghost
Fresh off a tour with Bat For Lashes, Lewis & Clarke, led by Lou Rogai, are bringing their spiritual, mood-driven compositions back to SPACE in support of their new EP Light Time. The Onions A.V. Club says, Rogai has a gift for speaking plainly while tonguing poetry, and his meditations on life cycles and pastoral philosophy blossom and collapse with organic grace... Former Portland native-now-Londoner Robert Stillman captures a similar grace with his avant instrumentals rooted in jazz and classical composition influenced by both John Fahey and Maurice Ravel. Glass Ghost, featuring members of Flying, opens the night. Doors open at 8:30pm, music starts at 9:00pm, $7, 18+
