Fan Dancing Workshop 12.00pm - 2.00pm £35

Learn the delicate art of Fan dancing with Dolly Rose. Learn the art of the burlesque fan dance; popularized by Sally Rand in the 1930s, the classic ostrich feather fan dance is an iconic act, with almost every burlesque performer today having one in their repertoire. Learn the skills and techniques needed to fan dance effortlessly and gracefully in this two hour workshop. Dolly will take you through everything from how to hold your fans, to classic fan dancing moves and tips, costuming ideas and music choices, and will end the workshop with a choreographed routine to try out your new skills. Dolly Rose has performed her fan dance all over the country and further afield, including an appearance at the New York Burlesque Festival 2012.

Choreography Workshop 3.00pm-5.00pm £35

Want to make your acts zing and show off your skills? Ever get frustrated when it comes to piecing the steps of your routine together? Learn how to move in your burlesque routines and build pace and audience excitement! This session will teach you a technique for creating individual and elegant choreography for your routines that allows you to show off your personality and make the most of your skills.

Each workshop is £35 but if you book both together for the day we will give you a massive £10 off!
