The Revivalists w/ Elementree Livity Project, Peridoni, & Common Center
THE REVIVALISTS

The formation of The Revivalists was all about chance, but everything since then has been a combination of hard work, awesome music, and friendship. The septet has been playing nonstop since 2007, crafting a genre-hopping sound that rounds out traditional rock instrumentation with horns and pedal steel guitar and mixes the divergent backgrounds of its individual members with the humid, funky undercurrents of the band's New Orleans home. The result is like English spoken with an exotic accent: familiar, yet difficult to pin down.

Religion aside, a revival is all about the tangible electricity that can only be created when enough like minds are crammed under a single roof for a singular purpose. It's a spiritual spectacle, a carnival of the divine, a whole greater than the sum of its parts. The same could be said for The Revivalists' searing live performances. The band has a knack for bringing music to life on a stage, and they have tuned their talents to Swiss-watch precision over years of relentless touring. Their bombastic showmanship is the outgrowth of a desire to connect with audiences on a personal level, and that intimate connection is what elevates their shows above simple entertainment.

True to their name, The Revivalists lean more heavily on the older styles and warmer sounds of the golden age of rock 'n roll, but the band isn't afraid to dabble in electronics and sleight-of-studio when it's right for the song. The group tends not to bother with questions like "does this sound like us?" or "does this fit with our other stuff?", instead allowing songs to define themselves and take shape organically, each on its own terms. Is this a dark, heavy rock manifesto driven by a steel guitar line that borders on electronica, or is it an airy, acoustic story about star-crossed lovers, rich in vocal harmony and sparsely arranged until the coda? This one's funky, that one's sweet, this one's heavy

To The Revivalists, it doesn't matter. They just write songs that they want to play.

ELEMENTREE LIVITY PROJECT

From the land of the seven hills, is born a new breed of sound, a melting pot of reggae rhythms, hip hop grooves, & blistering jams. In an Ohio river town, rich with history of steamboats and pork production; and mostly known for it's chili, micro brews, sports, & ice cream; Elementree Livity Project is carving out a space all its own.

Since hitting the stage for the first time in June of 2013, Livity has already gladly shared the stage with the likes of The Original Wailers, Warrior King, Everton Blender, The Luminaries, Tropidelic, Shrub, Roots of a Rebellion, Sensamotion, & Baoku Moses & The Afrobeat Image Band. And they're just getting started.

Elementree Livity Project brings to the stage a positive, conscious message, an infectious groove, and irresistible melodies. The band is comprised of David "Elementree" Danforth (Vocals & Guitar), Brandon "Bean" Bastin (Lead Guitar & Vocals), Stephen Buttree (Sax, Keys, & Vocals), Michael Walker (Bass), & Cisco Hughes (Drums).

The goal is simple; to bring the message of Livity to the masses. The Livity Project is about spreading positive vibes; a message of peace, harmony, & acceptance for all people; it is a message of love & understanding for all. Peace and one love!

PERIDONI

Peridoni (Pair-uhh-don-e) is a soul driven jam band from Cincinnati, Ohio. In the bands first year on the scene they've made huge noise. Opening for long standing national acts such as Papadosio, The Werks, Dopapod & Rusted Root. Also serving as direct support to bands such as Arpetrio, The Mantras, Big Something, and Big Ear! 2014 is looking HUGE! With upcoming festivals such as Hoopla in the Hills, Paradise, May Daze, Color Dance, and Tribal Connections!

COMMON CENTER

Common Center is a group of individuals from Covington, Kentucky that gather to form a collection of sonic exploration. Their all-original material arises from a vast array of influences, morphing together to channel a unique sound previously unheard, but longed for, by the ear. They combine upbeat as well as tranquil themes with mystic, other-world intertwining melodic elements from instrumental and vocal harmonies.

They value song writing just as much as the importance of a well-crafted, unique live performance. Common Center is more than just a band; it is an ever-open, vibrant community of positive energy that reverberates from its fans just as much as it does from the musicians.

Playing shows in the Covington and Cincinnati areas, Common Center has big plans for the future including studio time for the release of an upcoming EP in the Spring, further-reaching shows, and as always, building a loyal, loving family.
