A Night of Blues

Come join us in a night full of great blues music. Saturday, May 31 at 7 pm the Orpheum Theatre will be hosting a blues night. The night will include performances by local blues bands including Hot Biscuits and Bees Deluxe as well as Albert Ewing Jr. and Mark T. Small. Beer and wine will be sold at the event.

INFO ABOUT THE BANDS

HOT BISCUITS:
Hot Biscuits is a hard-driving, swinging Blues, Soul and R&B powerhouse. The six-piece dynamo (with expansion available to nine) gets audiences off their seats and dancing! Hot Biscuits plays a great mix of original and covers, has recorded three albums, and was a two-time semifinalist in the Boston Blues Challenge.

MARK T. SMALL:
Mark T. Small plays both Delta and Chicago style blues, all in a one man show. He has opened for and played on the bill with such names as; Johnny Winter, James Cotton, Coco Montoya, Robert Cray, John Mayall and many others.

ALBERT EWING JR.:
Albert Ewing Jr. is lead vocal and lead guitar as well as a tribute to the great blues musicians.

BEES DELUXE:
Bees Deluxe is a full-tilt, acid blues/funk/rock collective comprised of Boston-based musicians from London, England, Massachusetts and Rhode Island in the US.
