The Cloven Pendulum, A GOTHIC MURDER MYSTERY set to the music of Dust Bowl Faeries. Join the Faeries and their spirit animal for a night of musical intrigue as we investigate the mysterious death of Hazel the Ram. WHO KILLED HAZEL? Hazel lives on in the afterlife as a beloved re-gendered faerie familiar, but her spirit cannot rest until the truth of her murderous death, decapitation and taxidermical conversion is revealed and justice is served. Help us solve the mystery of Hazel's death whilst enjoying an evening of gothic-polka and dark cabaret music. Audience members will be invited to participate as both characters and jury members in this macabre musical tableau. The event takes place at the spectacular HUDSON MILLINER ART SALON, Hudson NY.
HELP US MAKE A MUSIC VIDEO! All tickets/sales/donations will benefit the production of a new Dust Bowl Faeries video, Faerie Underground. We're filming in September and hope to release the video by the end of the year. The script was written by Time Faerie Andrew Stein and the video will be created/produced by Eric Saragin & Wading Nine Productions. Support local artists and enjoy an evening of music and intrigue!

MURDER MYSTERY SHOW: 7pm
DUST BOWL FAERIES perform a faerie-tale fusion of gothic folk music, infused with a dose of witchcraft and a dusting of woodland magic. The accordion-driven ensemble hails from the NY Hudson Valley and draws inspiration from sinister circus songs, murder ballads and Eastern European folk music. Singing saw, piano accordion, percussion and guitars combine to create the Dust Bowl Faeries otherworldly sound. Dust Bowl Faeries was founded by Ryder Cooley (faerie leader) and taxidermy spirit animal Hazel the Ram. Ryder and Hazel are joined by Jon B Woodin (rocket faerie), Rubi LaRue (feisty faerie), Andrew Stein (time faerie) & Jude Roberts (hobbit faerie).
