The Updated 2025 FEH Statistical Method
In this second webinar, the Flood Estimation Team at UKCEH will present the updated flood frequency methods (QMED, donor transfer, pooling and urban adjustments), which have been derived using the updated catchment descriptors and peak flows data. The webinar will include technical details on the methods and recommendations, how they were derived, and how to use them from a statistical viewpoint. Wallingford HydroSolutions will give an overview of updates to WinFAP software and the Environment Agency will conclude with updates to guidelines. Speakers from SEPA and NRW will also be on hand to assist answering questions.
