Mary Cleere Haran: Cabaret Singer in Concert
One of the most renowned singers of "The Great American Songbook, Haran has been unanimously adored by critics who compare her singing to Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Doris Day and Rosemary Clooney. Among the many places shes sung are the Rainbow and Stars Cabaret at Rockefeller Center; in the Oak Room at the Algonquin Hotel; Cafe Carlyle; Feinsteins; Michael's Pub; The Russian Tea Roomand now the Stonington Opera House! The NYTimes calls her the most literate chanteuse of her generation. With pianist and composer Rob Schwimmer.
