Synopsis: Miguel, a 7-year-old boy, lives with three generations of estranged women in an old house. Among them is his mother, who, adrift with the trauma of her divorce, distances herself from the boy. Miguel takes refuge in Carmen, an enigmatic Venezuelan immigrant who works as a maid for the Brazilian family. Carmen becomes an ambiguous mother figure for Miguel, who develops an intimate and unusual bond with her. This connection triggers his inner world and introduces him to a universe where the real and the imaginary intertwine.

Sinopsis: Miguel, un niño de 7 años, vive con tres generaciones de mujeres distantes en una casa antigua. Entre ellas está su madre, quien, a la deriva con el trauma de su divorcio, se distancia del niño. Miguel encuentra refugio en Carmen, una enigmática inmigrante venezolana que trabaja como sirvienta para la familia brasileña. Carmen se convierte en una figura materna ambigua para Miguel, quien desarrolla un vínculo íntimo y inusual con ella. Esta conexión desencadena su mundo interior e introduce al niño en un universo donde lo real y lo imaginario se entrelazan.
