School of Rock Lynnwood presents a Tribute to Black Keys
The Black Keys hail from Akron, Ohio, and consist of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, friends since childhood who formed the group after dropping out of college. The band name came from a family friend with schizophrenia who would leave messages on their answering machine referring to their fathers ( also musicians) as black keys when he was upset at them.
