Every summer, the Santa Barbara Centre for Aerial Arts transforms into a bustling hive of art and performance as students of all levels and across the globe immerse themselves in the delicate details of floor to aerial dancing. With a unique pedagogy that highlights the relationship between floor to air movement, each class will target a meticulous technique and transitional approach to six aerial disciplines including Trapeze, Aerial Fabrics, Corde Lisse, Aerial Sling, Lyra, and Invented Apparatus as well as Contemporary Dance. Create your own training schedule to compliment your skill level from a variety of weekly classes that celebrate the emotional honesty of bodies in flight.
