Sue Rakes has worked with Robert Half for over 14 years, continually in the accounting and finance field in the Puget Sound. She has recruited, developed client relationships and built and managed an in-house team of professionals that provided contract services to her clients. She has worked with many various types of client entities; large to small, private to public, public sector, not-for-profit. Typically when she's called in to help, a client is in the midst of some sort of change. If things were even keel, there would be no need for RH's services. On the candidate side, folks that come to RH are in transition; of their own making or not. It is through this experiential learning, she is happy to share this subject with Mt. Rainier chapter of the IMA. Sue has a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University, and has worked for Fortune 50 firms such as Xerox, Unisys, and began her career in the staffing industry as a District Manager for TrueBlue (formerly Labor Ready).
