AJW 2024 Jazz Camp Faculty Jazz Sextet Concert
The AJW 2024 Jazz Camp Faculty Jazz Sextet presents an enjoyable, one of a kind, evening of fresh, new original music ranging from Jazz & Latin, to New Orleans 2nd line Funk style songs. The ensemble features guest artist Seattle Jazz Trombonist Jeff Sizer mixing it up with AK Jazz Master artists John Damberg-drums & vibes, Nick Petumenos-keys & guitar, Mark Manners-guitar, Jacques Annandale-alto sax, and Bob Andrews-bass. Proceeds go to support the AJW (Alaska Jazz Workshops) Jazz education and performance programs. This concert is presented in conjunction with the AJW August 5-10, 2024 Jazz Camp at UAA.
