GranVida, Part 2, Who Are You?
This workshop is entitled GranVida, Who Are You? and it is intended to mimic the second month of pregnancy. The Word gravida means gestation in Latin. Gran or grand means great so today we are combining two things. We are re-creating a gestation period for ourselves and choosing to make that journey a GREAT one!
We are going to use ART to nurture ourselves, to LISTEN to ourselves and to GROW in the way of our authenticity because we know WE CAN AND WE ARE CHOOSING to listen closely to our own heartbeat, & our own rhythm.

For now simply have a canvas and begin collecting a small pile of your favorite things. Old pictures, yarn, special fabrics, sparkly items, whatever you want. This class is ALL FOR YOU.
