Assessing Risks Prior to Engagement  Ten Things to Consider Before Taking a Project

Presented By: MURTAUGH TREGLIA STERN & DEILY LLP

Far too often we are involved in litigation where the project had risks that were not well vetted before our clients got materially involved. This program will focus on how to assess the risks associated with a project before diving in as well as how to mitigate those risks through contract negotiation and how to manage those risks once the project is moving forward.

Learning Objectives  Attendees will learn:
1. How to assess legal project risks before diving in.
2. How to assess practical project risks before diving in.
3. How to mitigate the risks before signing an agreement for a project.
4. How to continue to manage and mitigate risks once youre in the project.
