Rainbow Band Retreat 2024

Join us for a weekend filled with play and festivities! Kindly inform us well in advance if you plan to attend.

Here's what you'll need:

- Please remember to bring your own bedding, including pillows, and toiletries, including soap.
- Don't forget to pack flip flops or similar footwear for use in the showers.
- Bring along your favorite music and a stand if you have one.
- Rehearsals will be held upstairs in the Longhouse, while meals will be served across in the Big Hall.

Event Details:

What:
- Friday, April 26: Evening check-in after 5 pm. Dinner will not be catered, so we may order pizza or some may dine out at a local restaurant (cost not included in the fee). The evening will be filled with festivities and socializing.
- Saturday, April 27: Sectionals and rehearsals during the day (times to be announced). After supper, there will be opportunities for socializing, games, walks on the beach, an evening movie, or more festivities.
- Sunday, April 28: Rehearsal after breakfast, followed by check-out and clean-up by 2 pm. We will mainly focus on our concert repertoire.
