SCF 2024: The Joan Houston & Bob Bruneau Show and Arnaldo! Dragchanteuse, Fri May 10 @ 7 PM
Welcome to Seattle Cabaret Festival 2024!

FRIDAY MAY 10 at 7:00 PM

SEATTLE CABARET FESTIVAL PRESENTS:
THE JOAN HOUSTON & BOB BRUNEAU SHOW

Featuring Joan's strong voice with Bob singing along at times as well, this show is a platform for Joan's fun and sometimes spicy take on the men in her life, and in the nightclub. Bob and Joan have a banter that audiences absolutely love!

ABOUT JOAN HOUSTON and BOB BRUNEAU

Joan Houston was immersed in music growing up in the Seward Park neighborhood of Seattle. She is Whitney Houston's first cousin, although she didn't know her well. Joan's family always had music and musicians around. Joan was a KING 5 TV reporter, then the Development Director of the United Negro College Fund. She retired to Mexico in 2010. Bob Bruneau was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and started playing piano in church. He went on to get his music education degree at Portland State, and after four years in the Air Force Band of the Pacific Northwest, he formed the Seattle-based band A New Day with a fellow airman. A past member of Seattle Men's Chorus and frequent musical director for Arnaldo!, Bob retired to Puerto Vallarta in 2004.

SEATTLE CABARET FESTIVAL PRESENTS:
ARNALDO! DRAGCHANTEUSE in "ARNALDO! DRAGCHANTEUSE & BOB BRUNEAU  TOGETHER AGAIN!"

Arnaldo! and Bob started performing together in 1999 at Thumper's in Seattle. Their cabaret adventure has taken them to Puerto Vallarta, Palm Springs, Portland, Las Vegas, San Francisco and New York. It's now 2024 and they are back in the city where it all began - Seattle.  Join us for this musical reunion and experience their cabaret magic once again.

ABOUT ARNALDO! DRAGCHANTEUSE
Arnaldo! has thrilled audiences from Seattle and New York to Puerto Vallarta and Manila. He has received NY's Bistro Award 2008, Manila's Gawad Musika Award 2014, and Filipino Community of Seattle's Lifetime Achievement Award in Arts & Culture 2016. Arnaldo! is the founder of Pacific Northwest Cabaret Association and the executive producer and director of Seattle Cabaret Festival, formerly known as March Is Cabaret Month.
