Charging the Rhino & Woman from Sarajevo (Double feature)
Charging the Rhino: Jews struggles under both Fascism and Communism. He puts up a plaque on the front wall of the Police Headquarters, the only public memorial to the Holocaust victims. Introduction by Beatrice Wyllie, a Romanian Holocaust Child Survivor.
Woman from Sarajevo:Director: Ella Alterman   56 min.
This is the dramatic story of a Moslem Sarajevo family whose rescue of a Jewish family during the Holocaust cost the lives of the father and son, who refused to hand over the Jews. Years later the rescued Jews became saviors themselves when they helped their Moslem friends escape the war in Sarajevo and find safe haven in Israel. This rare human interest story raises hopes of better understanding and building relationships between two peoples in the Middle East. Introduction by Elsie Roth, Social Activist and International Aide Nurse.
