Olive Want For Christmas (Randolph's Leap, TeenCanteen and Hank Tree)
A very Olive Grove christmas special with some home-spun indie pop and maybe a few seasonally appropriate covers thrown in. Featuring chamber indie ensemble Randolph's Leap, a VERY rare stripped back performance from Carla J. Easton's much missed indie pop powerhouse TeenCanteen, and intimate alt.folk from Hank Tree.
Randolph's Leap make upbeat, brass-filled indie pop. The 8-piece group, led by the prodigious and seemingly unending songwriting talent of Adam Ross, combine buoyant energy and catchy melodies with tenuous rhyming couplets, self-deprecating, humorous lyrics and unexpected tender moments.
The next generation of witty Scottish indie pop The Quietus

A mainstay of the Scottish indie-pop scene way back in the twenty teens, and having disbanded at the peak of their powers, TeenCanteen return for a very rare acoustic performance. The band that gave us Carla J. Easton and an overabundance of indie bangers return to take their pop crown.
