All the World's a Stage - Happy Birthday, Mr. Shakespeare!
Soprano Susan Gundunas (Opera San Jose, Phantom of the Opera) joins Daniel Lockert (piano/harpsichord) and Diana Rowen (Celtic harp) in a recital of songs and arias, scenes and sonnets by, and inspired by, The Bard. This celebration of Shakespeare includes compositions by Robert Johnson, Henry Purcell, Thomas Arne, Vincenzo Bellini, Giuseppe Verdi, Richard Strauss, Vaughan Williams, Mario Castelnuove Tedesco, Dominic Argento and Alva Henderson.
