Harry Miller Group concert at First Unitarian St. Louis Sunday July 16, 2023 2pm
Acclaimed NYC-based jazz pianist and composer Harry Miller (Little Anthony, Maynard Ferguson) brings his group to St. Louis MO on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at 2 pm for a rare performance in the main sanctuary at The First Unitarian Church on St. Louis at the corner of Kingshighway and Waterman.
Featured in the group is the legendary trumpeter Kevin Batchelor, also a resident of NYC but a St. Louis native. Kevin is currently on tour with the Sun Ra Orchestra. Rounding out the group is the rising star bassist Bernard Terry, and drummer/percussionist Henry Claude, who appears regularly with the St. Louis Symphony. They will be playing of mix of original compositions from some of Harry's six album releases, as well as a few choice jazz standards.
