Phil Salazar CD Release Party Concert
On Saturday, April 19 at 7 pm, join us for an evening of great music as we bring you Phil Salazar and Friends as they celebrate the release of their new album "Life On The Edge". Phil has worked with the Acoustacats, Kenny Loggins, John and Jonathan McEuen, Bob Weir and many more. This Concert will feature tunes and songs from Phil's new album ranging from bluegrass, jazz, country, Irish and pop as well as music from the guest performers' albums. Joining Phil on stage will be a host of talented performers:
Randy Tico, on bass and on the album. Randy currently tours with Jeff Bridges and has worked with Kenny Loggins, John and Jonathan McEuen, Flora Purim and Airto, Les McCann and many more.
Mark Heyes on guitar and vocals. Mark won an Emmy Award for his music direction on the motion picture "Tuskeegee Airmen". He has worked with Aaron Spelling and has composed for eight top 5 TV shows.
Hans Ottsen on guitar and co-producer of the album. Hans has played with Phil for 7 years and has worked with Jonathan McEuen, Randy Tico, Tom Scott.
Tom Corbett on mandolin. Tom has played with The Acoustacats, John and Jonathan McEuen, and has been on Prairie Home Companion.
Adam Clark on drums. Adam has worked with Stanley Jordan, Papa John DeFrancesco and a long list of players.
Tickets are $12.00 per person general admission and available in advance online and at the theater box office on the evening of the show. Doors open at 6:30 and the show begins at 7 pm.
