Pete Seeger Celebration at Music at Lily Pads
It's another celebration and remembrance of the folk music giant, Pete Seeger, on his actual birthday, May 3! Joyce Katzberg, joined by Jan Luby, Sandy Pliskin, Marcia Taylor and Jimmy Warren perform songs from Pete's voluminous catalogue, with singalongs throughout. They are all Rhode Island based musicians from the People's Music Network for Songs of Freedom and Struggle.
This will be special. Come join in the fun. The bulk of the proceeds will go to Pete Seeger's Clearwater organization. IMPORTANT: Thank you for making this a fragrance-free event!
