Most business owners are experts when it comes to their specific product or service. However, when it comes to other aspects of running a small business, it helps to have an expert weigh in. And nothing is more critical than managing the flow of money in and out of your business. This workshop led by Talitha Parsons of Gingersnap Bookkeeping will introduce the basic concepts of bookkeeping and present actions you can take to get a handle on your finances and make improvements that lead to increased profitability for your small business.
