Wayne Tan - Senior Manager, International Tax & China Center of Excellence - KMPG LLG
Wayne Tan is currently on long-term secondment from KPMG in China to KPMG LLP in the United States to assist U.S. companies' investment and business in China. Having begun his tax professional career in 2004, Wayne has more than nine years of tax consulting experience focusing on China tax, foreign exchange, customs and business regulatory issues.
Wayne has assisted multinational companies with numerous tax due diligence assignments, tax health check reviews and group restructurings. He also has helped various multinational companies with strategy and implementation for their entry into China.
Wayne has a master's degree in engineering and is a Certified Tax Agent in China.
