Obscure Objects of Luis Bunuel
The Obscure Objects of Luis Buñuel, curated by The Luis Buñuel Film Institute, will exhibit rare archival ephemera from the director's personal collection. A collaborative project produced at The Velaslavasay Panorama, the evening will feature the premiere screening of the restored editions of Buñuel and Dali's surrealist masterpiece Un Chien Andalou and Buñuel's 1933 classic documentary Land without Bread (digital projections). A small collection of Buñuel's books (like Maldoror's "Los Cantos"), original scripts, and previously undeveloped photographs will also be on display throughout the venue.
