The Davis Chamber Players

Davis Chamber Players is a chamber music concert series featuring local professional musicians from the Davis and Sacramento areas. Davis Chamber Players also endeavors to showcase local young artists! The next Spring concert on April 23rd, 2023, at 3:00 pm, will include a performance by Tres Musico, a violin, oboe and piano trio with Anita Felix (Folsom Symphony and Sacramento Philharmonic) on violin, Curtis Kidwell on oboe (Napa Symphony, Folsom Symphony, Vallejo Symphony, and Auburn Symphony) and John Cozza (CSU Sacramento professor and staff pianist). Also, there will be a performance of Astor Piazzolla's tengo version of Vivaldi's Four Seasons by Christine Zdunkiewicz on cello, John Cozza on piano, and Anita Felix on violin. In addition, some very talented advanced chamber music players from Davis Senior High School will be performing two string quintets and members from the Rising Stars Program in Sacramento will be performing a string quintet by Anton Dvorak. We invite you to take advantage of this superb opportunity to enjoy a wonderful chamber music concert while supporting your very talented local musicians!
