Created and taught by international presenters and educational specialists, Gina and Dahrio Wonder, this cardio hip hop class combines high-energy hip hop dance moves with aerobic exercise.

This 75 minute experience is designed for a full body workout. It's a fun and engaging way to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and enjoy the benefits of exercise while moving to the beat of your favorite old skool and new skool Hip Hop and R&B music. No prior dance experience is necessary, as the moves are typically easy to follow and the emphasis is on having fun while getting fit.
