Family Folk Chorale celebrates the music of Fleetwood Mac and Tom Petty

Sunday, March 26, 2022, 4-6PM
Arlington Town Hall
730 Mass Ave, Arlington, MA

Join the Family Folk Chorale for a concert and sing celebrating good days and bright tomorrows! Well have a joyous afternoon with the music of Fleetwood Mac and Tom Petty while Learning to Fly, marveling at Seven Wonders, playing amongst the Wildflowers, and affirming that we Won't Back Down while we get to A Higher Place and Dont Stop Thinking About Tomorrow.

Fleetwood Mac and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers had an interwoven history that speaks to music lovers across generations. Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks sang on Tom Petty's albums; Tom Petty wrote songs and sang on Stevie Nicks' albums; Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell joined Fleetwood Mac after Tom Petty's passing; and Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks had a nearly 40 year friendship.

The Family Folk Chorale is the Boston areas premier intergenerational chorus, led by Artistic Director Chris Eastburn, an award-winning composer and orchestrator. The chorus is backed by some of Bostons most versatile musicians, including Gary Backstrom, Jonah Backstrom, Quinn Eastburn, Paul Green, and Justin Pearl-Martinez.

Historic Arlington Town Hall is a fully accessible venue. Take the MBTA bus #77 from Harvard Square, or youll find plenty of free, on-street and public lot parking on Sundays. Walk to dinner after the concert at one of Arlington Center's eateries and cafes.

Tickets:  $18 (children/seniors $14)
