Foodways 2
Enjoy a proper English tea and dance, along with an innovative Foodways class. Learn about a tradition that is being heartily revived--the afternoon tea. Explore the lore of the tea, as well as how to create traditional and modern (some gluten-free) delectables, both sweet and savory.
The participatory class, taught by Laura Schultz in the state-of-the-art Hill Center kitchen will precede the dance.
After class, we'll move upstairs to the charming and historic Lincoln Hall for an English country dance, led by Anna Rain.
The tea and food you prepared will be served during the break.
