Juke Boxx Rolls into Pivot Center
Juke is a recent transfer to the London Rollergirls. Starting out her career with the Mad Rollin Dolls in 2008, she has also skated with Team USA since it's inception and doesn't plan on stopping roller derby any time soon.
She's a lifelong rink rat and shameless jam skater. She takes this out of the box knowledge and applies it to every part of training she does. Over all things, she has a passion for skating, the team, and the complexity of the game we call roller derby. "I also love Val Capone, jumping the apex, and not wearing tights."
What will the training look like? Well, that's up to YOU! Email us what YOU want to learn from Juke Boxx and she will work to make that happen! Send your ideas to heather@pivotcenter.org.
Saturday Training Hours
10am-4pm (1 hour lunch)
Sunday Training Hours
9am-1pm
This bootcamp is open to men and women age 18 and older. Each participant must sign a waiver of liability and have full protective gear which includes: elbow and knee pads, wrist guards, a helmet, a mouth guard and quad roller skates.
The fine print:
Please print out your ticket or purchase confirmation and bring that paperwork to the clinic as proof of payment for your admission.
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to training start time each day. Please arrive early so training can start on time.
Participation is entirely voluntary and at one's own risk. EMT's will not be on site, but there are are hospitals and fire departments in the immediate vicinity.
