Bryce Mullins at Waynesville Music

Indiana guitarist Bryce Mullins has placed in the final 3 at the Indiana Fingerstyle Guitar Competition not once, but three times. He not only channels the great Country Gentlemen like Chet Atkins, Merle Travis and Tommy Emmanuel, but he's demonstrated a gift for composition in that genre on his two CDs "First Sip" and "Cask Strength."
A review in Minor7th.com said: "Bryce Mullins is the real fingerpickin' deal. He's a little bit Americana, a little bit Celtic, has some serious country blues chops, and can swing like an old-time jazzer sauntering through the Great American Songbook. Mullins' education extends to a master's in classical guitar performance, which serves him well in his all-original tunes. Mullins favors composition over pure technique, and his tunes are strong, with lovely melodies, driving bass lines, and rich harmonies.
