The Big Lie About Aging
This 4-session workshop will take place on Saturdays, March 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2023. Each session is 75 minutes long. Start time: 10:00 am PACIFIC. End time: 11:15 am PACIFIC.
Led by Love of Aging Co-founders: Candace Shivers, Liz Dietz, and Maureen Charles
In this workshop we will dispel the myths about aging and create a new paradigm that includes the gifts and opportunities that aging brings. The workshop is designed to open up new ways of thinking and acting as we age. And it is grounded in the power of attitude to alter our experience and in current health, longevity, and social science research.
All sessions will be recorded for playback (within a 2-week window) should you miss all or part of a session.
The four sessions are titled:
1. Youve Been Brainwashed
2. The Big Reveal
3. Thinking like a "Yolder" (Young Old Person)
4. Getting the Most Juice Out of Aging
Tuition is $99.
