An orphaned 16 year youth is set on avenging his fathers death: he knows who the killer is and armed with his fathers pistol aims at finding and killing the man. But what he finds is a baker who each morning gives bread to hungry children. Face to face with his victims kindliness, Atim accepts the bakers invitation to gradually teach him the baking trade and treats him like a surrogate son.
