XXI Congreso Anual: Historia del periodismo en Cuba
The Cuban Cultural Center of New York presents its 21st consecutive annual conference, this year titled La historia del periodismo en Cuba, delving into the overarching history of journalism on the Island, from the publication the late 18th century to the present, with equal emphasis on the colonial era, the Republic, and the post-revolutionary period.
The two-day flagship event will include illustrated presentations, archival photographs, film clips, and engaging Q&As with the viewing audience, and will be headlined by renowned scholars, journalists, historians, and artists from Cuba, Latin America, and the United States,
All participants and attendees will be granted FREE ADMISSION to our end-of-season concert on December 16 honoring the late Aurelio de la Vega.
