SnoValley Tilth St. Paddy's Day Bash
Join us for a pint and our second annual St. Paddy's Day Bash fundraiser! March 15th, starting at 4:00pm, at the historic Sno-Valley Senior Center in Carnation.
We've got traditional, seasonal fare: Hemplers' nitrate-free corned beef from PCC Natural Markets, organic boiled cabbage, tasty mustards, organic colcannon, vegetarian pea soup, soda bread, and scrumptious homemade Irish apple cobbler. A limited number of snack plates of apples, cheese, and oat cakes will be available for an additional donation for those who need a little extra or would like to explore pairings with their whiskey!
We'll have local microbrews from Snoqualmie Brewery and tastings of three small batch whiskeys from Skip Rock Distillery. Wine, cider, tea, and coffee, too!
And of course we'll have music and performances of Irish and Celtic music, song, and poetry, brought to us by fun local artists.
All this mixed in with plenty of crafts and activities for young and old alike! We are offering limited child-care drop off for an hour or two as well, so parents can enjoy a chat and a meal while the kids play. Find details about our slew of activities and the event schedule at our website.
Tickets include dinner and music, but bring a little something extra for your pint or your naggin, maybe even a flight of whiskey tastings! Open to the public, so bring all your best buddies too.
