Employment Law for Nonprofits
This training for attorneys and nonprofit leaders will discuss employment law topics relevant to nonprofit organizations. Topics will include: independent contractor vs. employee; "wage and hour" topics that include working with volunteers, overtime and termination. Timothy O'Connell of Stoel Rives will be the presenter.
