Jesse Norell Trio with The Albertina at Caydence Records & Coffee
Jesse Norell is an indie rock singer-songwriter and guitar teacher from Minneapolis, MN. His debut solo LP "Aorta Borealis" is about his daughter surviving heart surgeries and came out in March 2022, ending his 15-year break from making records. Jesse is heavily influenced by introspective bands like Death Cab for Cutie, Pedro the Lion, Mutemath, and Sunny Day Real Estate. His claim to fame was being named "Best Dad Ever" by Good Morning America, which his children almost certainly never tire of hearing about.
Jesse will be joined by cellist Ben Osterhouse and drummer Chris Fleming, playing songs that will make you dance, laugh, and weep; possibly all at once. Indie-Pop band The Albertina will open the evening with their melodic jams.
