Kevin Hays's new group, The New Day Trio features bassist and french horn player Rob Jost (Bjork, Imogen Heap, Tony Scherr) and drummer Greg Joseph (Art Garfunkel, Steve Kuhn, Steven Bernstein). The trio performs many of his signature compositions along with brilliant arrangements and reworkings from the American Songbook, Jazz standards and traditional folk songs.
