WTSQ Presents: J. Marinelli, Megan Jean and the KFB & Jim Polak
Now moved to Rock City Cake Company at 205 Capitol Street!
Doors open at 5pm and show starts at 6pm. General Admission. All ages. Children 12 and under are free.
WV native, J. Marinelli will be returning home during his 2022 summer tour. He has been richly described by Subversive Records as "A one man band like no other. The sound and fury that emotes from his haunting Appalachian echoed yowl falls somewhere between Guided By Voices, a lost mountain troubadour and a classic 70s punk outfit from your dreams."
Joining him will be Megan Jean and the KFB. A husband and wife musical duo, Megan Jean and Byrne Klay, from Maryland. The band is known for its eclectic sound and unique instrumentation. Megan Jean recently was a part of the David Bowie Tribute at Live on the Levee performing "Life on Mars" and "Young Americans".
Rounding out the bill will be Jim Polak from Huntington, WV. Jim Polak and the Jim Polak Band have begun bringing their alternative indie rock n roll songs to stages around the state. He aims to provide all with semi loud rock sounds and laughter.
