Diesel Rabbit plays Wild Manzanita (w/ special guests Tom Sandahl and Dr Kramer)
Long-time Manzanita resident Diesel Rabbit is a multi-instrumentalist (ukulele, lapsteel, guitar) and award-winning vocalist. Her songs will make you laugh and cry as she exposes the sweetness of humanity down to its sexy mortal bones.Joining Diesel Rabbit will be New Orleans transplant Tom Sandahl. Sandahl is a gifted, versatile guitarist currently residing and teaching in Portland Oregon. Sandahl has performed with a variety of ensembles during his 25 year career, from New Orleans where he earned a Masters Degree in Jazz Studies, to the Pacific Northwest region. Toms versatility is shown in the variety of projects, including latin band Grupo Masato, traditional jazz band Cherry Blossom Orchestra, and fusion band Innershpere.Dr Peter Kramer studied music composition, piano, and violin at Mount Hood Community College and graduated from the Oberlin Conservatory with a double major in Composition and Harpsichord Performance. Most recently, he graduated with his PhD in Music Composition from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. Dr Kramer currently resides in New York City where he is an active composer and performer as well as professor in the Fine & Performing Arts Department at Baruch College. https://peterkramermusic.wordpress.com/
