11th Annual Tour De Elizabeth
Even though online sales will close at 7 a.m. on Friday morning, May 16th, you can still walk up and register on the day of the event, May 18th after 7:30 a.m. or call 908-289-0262.
Eleven years ago a group of dedicated community leaders established a recreational bicycle tour to showcase the historic, cultural, and economic assets of the City of Elizabeth.
In anticipation of the 11th Birthday of the Tour, the Tour Committee is using social media to share the Tour's progress. In addition to websites (such as the City of Elizabeth www.elizabethnj.org and Groundwork Elizabeth www.groundworkelizabeth.com the non-profit which organizes the Bicycle Committee), there is a Facebook page at facebook.com/TourdeElizabeth that features photos, conversation, and stories of past rides and new ideas.
The date for the 11th Annual Tour de Elizabeth is Sunday, May 18th, 2014 starting at Elizabeth's City Hall. Registration begins at 7:30 am. The ride begins at 9 am For more information contact Jonathan Phillips at 908-289-0262and/or elizabethnj@groundworkusa.org. Online sales will close 7 a.m. Friday May 16th, but people can still register on the day of the event.

Your purchase of a ticket to ride in the 11th Annual Tour de Elizabeth constitutes acceptance of the Tour de Elizabeth's 2014 Rider Waiver.
I verify that I am physically fit and my physical condition has been, or will be, verified prior to the Ride by a licensed medical practitioner. If I am a rider, I verify that I have or will train sufficiently to participate in the Ride. If, however, as a result of my participation in the Ride, I require medical attention, I give my consent to the authorized medical personnel of the Ride to provide such medical care as is deemed necessary by such authorized personnel. I also understand that I will be financially responsible for the cost of any medical treatment. I verify that I have adequate medical insurance or will have such insurance at the time of the Ride.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age. I certify that if I am not 18 years of age, I certify that my legal guardian has read the aforementioned waiver and agrees to the terms of the same and will execute the same below.
