Kenny Reichert is a guitarist, composer, and educator based in Chicago, IL. His music is wide-reaching and draws on an eclectic mix of influences including jazz, folk, classical, and avant-garde. Kenny is currently pursuing a MM in Jazz Studies at DePaul University and was a 2022 Luminarts Cultural Foundation Jazz Improvisation Fellow. He has performed internationally, including concerts in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, France, Lichtenstein, and the Netherlands. Kenny has released one studio album, Interpretations, with the Kenny Reichert Quartet, and four studio albums with the folk-jazz duo Sara and Kenny. He has performed alongside great Midwestern jazz artists including Russ Johnson, Johannes Wallmann, Tony Barba, John Christensen, and Devin Drobka.
