Event
My Cousin Vinny Food and Film Night
Chef Jugz, in collaboration with Notts-based film club The Loft Movie Theatre, is proud to present a special evening of food and film at Rough Trade Nottingham.
The ticket price includes a screening of the 1992 American courtroom comedy My Cousin Vinny, and a Mexican-American three course meal lovingly prepared by Chef Jugz.
Menu:
Starter: Bill and Stan's roast squash and zucchini soup with truffle oil
Meaty main: Vinny's Chicken Parmesan with rigatoni in vodka sauce. Hearty Italian American classics, seasoned, breaded and fried chicken cutlet layered with red sauce and baked with parmesan and mozzarella. Served with rigatoni pasta in a creamy tomato vodka sauce.
Veggie/Vegan option: Vinny's Eggplant Parmesan with rigatoni in vodka sauce. Seasoned, breaded and fried aubergine layered with red sauce and baked to perfection. Served with rigatoni pasta in a creamy tomato vodka sauce.
Dessert: Mona Lisa's Pears al Vino Bianco. Pears poached in sweet white wine, with cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, served with fresh cream (or vegan cream).
Your three courses will be served to you during the film, and the bar will be open for you to purchase drinks, including a great cocktail menu.
The movie will start at 7:30pm. We recommend you arrive at the Rough Trade Bar around 7pm so you have time to choose a seat and get a drink in before the film starts.
