Ease-ful Eating 9-week Course
Transform your Relationship to Food!
If you're tired of obsessing about food, being caught in the binge-deprive-binge cycle and being thrown about on an emotional roller-coaster then this course is for you!
Over the 9 weeks you will be learning how to:
- Find Greater Peace : with food & within yourself
- Reduce Overwhelm & Stress
- Go beyond 'Good/Bad' Habits
- Transform Cravings
- Feel more Comfortable & Safe in your body
The course is facilitated by Angela P-W, Integrative Therapist at Creative Depths Well-being Service - helping people to find freedom from destructive patterns, balance emotionally and find greater fulfillment in their lives.
