David Turel is a psychedelic rock musician hailing from Michigan. He writes and records all of his sounds out of a home recording studio in Lansing, along the sandy coast of Lake Huron, or in the studios of Lolipop Records in Los Angeles, California. His debut EP, Wavelengths was released in the early winter months of 2019 and featured an introspective look on change and growth with an overarching theme of nostalgia (sonically and thematically).
After signing with Lolipop Records in March of 2020, David immediately began writing and recording his first full length record with the help of co-producer, Wyatt Blair. Reflections (LP) was released on April 2, 2021 and features a wall of sound unbound by a strict theme or writing style. "I think it can be a bit difficult to digest because it changes so often," says Turel, "It's more representative of me as a person, though. I think and feel differently day-to-day."
