PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS -- Fastest Road to Success...or Failure!
Independent productions live and die by their production assistants. PAs are like worker bees in a hive. No worker bees, no hive. Because of that, PAs are often the most noticed individuals on set. (Surprising, right?) So it's important to showcase your talents without stepping on everyone else's toes.
