CONNECT Webinar: Through cultivating a growth mindset
This webinar from theatre, drama and creative learning company, Mortal Fools, will explore what a growth mindset is verses a fixed mindset.
Across 8th - 12th November 2021, its Global Entrepreneurship Week a week all about celebrating and championing entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial skill set. Being entrepreneurial is all about being in that growth mindset space innovating, learning, failing, facing the fear, evolving and growing. All things Mortal Fools prides itself in being as an organisation so we thought it was the perfect opportunity to run this webinar.
As businesses, organisations and leaders, starting to reboot, rethink, regenerate in the recovery landscape we find ourselves in, it's important that we don't respond to this uncertainty and unknown by sticking to what we know and becoming fixed. Most of us will recognise telling ourselves, 'I can't' or 'I'm not' from time to time, but what we might not realise is how this type of self-talk diminishes and undermines our confidence, effects those around us and reduces the ability to respond to challenges with innovation and creativity. In a changing world, that's catastrophic for organisations, teams and individuals as we stop seeing and seizing opportunities.
This webinar will support the process of stepping into the growth space, what that feels like and identifying the elements essential to cultivating a growth mindset environment The webinar will also focus on how to recognise being stuck or consciously slipping into a fixed mindset as a fear response to change and how to empower yourself and others to embrace a growth mindset.
Cost to attend £6.50 (plus booking fee) per person. By booking onto Mortal Fools training you are directly supporting our work with young people and our Mortal Fools Youth Theatre programme.

CONNECT is our training and professional development programme for organisations, teams, and individuals.
