Renana is praised by the New York Times for playing that is passionate and insightful,

across the USA, and, internationally, at The Louvre Museum and Grenoble Museum, (France),
St. Petersburgs Philharmonia (Russia), Stresa Music Festival (Italy), Menuhin Hall (UK), the
University of South Africa (UNISA), and her native Israel. She joined the piano faculty of
Cambridges Longy School of Music of Bard College in the fall of 2019, and prior to that she

In demand as a chamber musician, Renana toured with Musicians from Marlboro and served
as the collaborative pianist at the Ravinia Festivals Steans Music Institute, 2012-2018. She has
performed chamber music with violist Kim Kashkashian, violinists Miriam Fried and Alexi
Kenney, and clarinetist Charles Neidich. Her orchestral appearances include performances with
the Jerusalem and Haifa Symphony Orchestras.

Renana studied with Richard Goode, Mannes College of Music, NYC, from which she received
two degrees. In Israel her principal teachers were Natasha Tadson and Viktor Derevianko. An
American citizen since 2015, Renana is a member of the Echoes of Hope project, dedicated to
performing obscure pieces by Jewish composers who perished in the Holocaust. Away from the
piano, she pursues her passion for Argentinian Tango, languages, and poetry.
