"I'm Austrian-Canadian!"
Join us as we explore three very different compositional styles of three Canadian composers, sandwiched between two of Austria's greats - Haydn and Mozart. From the European-Canadian language of Maya Badian's Timpani concerto with Ed Reifel as soloist, to the atmospheric renderings of Jocelyn Morlock, to the video-projection/keyboard concerto of Aaron Gervais with Gregory Oh as soloist, we have the CanCon covered. Throw in a fabulous Haydn overture and Mozart's great 'Jupiter' Symphony and everyone will be shouting, "I'm Austrian-Canadian!"
